Hi I Rap!

            Yes, it is true, I do rap. I've never explained how I came up with the title for this website either. Nothing spectacular or comical but I'll try my best not to bore you. I was writing a few lyrics while I was working, (multi-tasking at it's best) and I began to explain to a few of my co-workers that I can rap/spit or whatever you wanna call it. I used to be so posh about what you should title us. I used to shout, "I'm not a rapper, I'm an ARTIST!" Like there was a difference....because there isn't, contrary to popular belief. If I have to explain to you what I do instead of just show you, then I'm no different from the other carnivorous, self glorifying, back stabbing, wanna be thugs that lurk local streets seeking other people's approval, while at the same time quoting that they don't care what you think. #DaFuq you mean? I digress. While the majority of the response was, "can you REALLY rap?" my supervisor strolls by in his usual chipper manner and barges into the conversation and shouts, "You can't be a rapper......you smile too much!" Maybe he's right!

Just a very quick welcome...I don't have much to say right now simply because I'm typing rather than saying it. I'm an affirmative believer in doing what you love and loving what you do....which if you think about it too much, becomes a rather complicated oxymoron. I digress! I have here a site that will document my road to success or an awesome failure that i can look back on and say that I did atleast try.  I can guarantee that it will be a awkard, awesome......adventurous...and other "A" words. But rather good or bad it will be up here, and anything that has happened in the past shall be brought to the light eventually. I take my music seriously, but not serious to the extent that I hate people who yell, "Hip-Hop sucks" or "Hip-Hop is dead." I could honestly care less about one person's opinion towards a movement that's been on running for over 30 years now. And I don't like to swear in my lyrics because I don't feel that I need to, unless I could get a few chuckles from it. But I'm not very funny so, NO CUSSING! I intend to have fun on this quest and I don't anticipate everyone to like me nor this website but, that's life.  There will be blogs, vlogs, random readings (from what I'm told, is basically a blog) music, reviews and videos. All conveying to you who I am and what I do. Enjoy!
